Reasonable pricing
No agency fees or key money required! The initial fee is only 50,000 yen (20,000 yen administration fee + 30,000 yen security deposit*1) plus the first month’s rent.
If you move in in the middle of the month, the rent will be calculated on a daily basis. The common service fee includes electricity, water, and other utilities, as well as internet fees, so there is no need to go through troublesome procedures after moving in!
*1 The security deposit will be refunded after deducting 10,000 yen as a cleaning fee when you move out.
You can move in with just one suitcase.
Each room is furnished with a desk, chair, air conditioner, and storage space. We also offer futon rental, so you can move in and out with minimum hassle.
Each house has a common space, and all houses are set up and equipped in a way that encourages social interaction, and are equipped with cooking and eating utensils, cleaning supplies, and a common TV.
You don’t need to bring furniture or appliances—just one suitcase is enough to start your new life.
Smart, flexible, and speedy contracting
Online viewing and online payment are available even if you cannot come on-site.
You can move in in as little as two days from the time of application. The screening process can be completed by submitting identification documents such as an ID card and passport*2, and you can stay for as little as one month*3.
Of course, you can sign a contract without having a prior viewing, so you can move in immediately from the day you arrive from overseas or other prefectures.
*2. An emergency contact in Japan is required.
