Located west of Kyoto University, this share house offers excellent access for commuting to Kyoto University. It’s within a 5-minute walk of the Kyoto University Main Building and a 10-minute walk to Demachiyanagi Station on the Keihan Line/Eizan Railway.
All essential shops for daily life, such as supermarkets and drugstores, are within a 10-minute walk. Located in a student district, there are various types of restaurants and cafes.
There are no restrictions on residents’ nationality or age, allowing you to enjoy interacting with people from various countries and generations. This house offers two types of rooms: “Share House Type” and “Apartment Type”. The Apartment Type features private bathrooms (toilet, sink, kitchen) in each room. This allows you to adjust your lifestyle based on your mood—stay in your room when you want to focus on work, or spend time in the living room when you want to socialize with housemates!

301: Rent 61,000 yen/Common Fees: 16,000 yen 28㎡
302: Rent 58,000 yen/Common Fees: 16,000 yen 20㎡
303: Rent 72,000 yen/Common Fees: 16,000 yen 25㎡ 【Notes/Important Information】
1. Rooms are equipped with a unit bath and kitchen.
2. For stays under 3 months, rent increases by 20%.
3. For two occupants, an additional 10,000 yen is added to the monthly rent.
4. Security deposit: 1 month’s rent / Contract fee: Half a month’s rent
5. A cleaning fee of ¥28,000 will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out.
6. Fire insurance: Required (Must enroll in designated fire insurance at ¥500/month)
7. Apartment-type rooms do not have cleaning or trash duty rotations. Shared houses do have cleaning and trash duty rotations.
