Renovated from a Kyoto student apartment, it retains its retro charm while completely updating the plumbing and interior to ensure comfortable living. We paid meticulous attention to every detail in the interior design♪
Located in Sakyo Ward, a hub of learning and culture, it offers convenient access to Kyoto University and Kyoto University of the Arts. The Okazaki area, where this house is situated, is rich in cultural and artistic facilities like Heian Jingu Shrine, the Kyoto Museum of Modern Art, the Kyocera Museum of Art, the Kyoto Prefectural Library, and the ROHM Theatre, making it an ideal location for exploring and sightseeing in Kyoto.
