NEW OPEN December 1, 2022! This share house is located west of Kyoto University. It’s within a 3-minute walk from Kyoto University’s Hyakumanben gate and within a 5-minute walk from Demachiyanagi Station, making it exceptionally convenient for both commuting to school and work! Located in a student district, you’ll have no trouble at all finding places to eat or shop.
The house underwent a full renovation two years ago, so it’s very clean. Each room has a laundry drying rack and a spacious closet. Essential items like dishes are also provided, so you can start your life in Kyoto right away without needing to prepare much.
As a share house themed around international exchange, it’s perfect for those wanting to learn English or make friends from around the world!
