2020-12-29A women’s only, small group, international exchange share house just a 5 minute walk from Kyoto University in Sakyo-ku, Kyoto, an area popular with students.
Sakyo-ku is said to be one of the most vibrant student areas in Kyoto,
with many schools, including famous universities, located in the area.
Since it is also a student town, there are many international students,
making it a highly international area.
It is also characterized by its many cultural facilities such as museums,
libraries, zoos, and concert halls.
The area is also dotted with famous shrines and temples
such as Kamo Mikoto Shrine, known as Shimogamo Shrine,
which is registered as a World Heritage Site, and Jishoji Temple,
known as Ginkakuji Temple, located at the foot of Higashiyama Mountain.
There are many schools and cultural facilities in the area,
as well as places where nature still remains,
such as the Kamo River, and parks, making it a pleasant place to live.

located between Kyoto University (5 minute walk) and Ginkakuji Temple (10 minute walk)
in Sakyo Ward!

◯ 4 minutes by bus from Keihan Demachiyanagi Station to Ginkakuji-michi, 1 minute walk.
You can go to supermarkets, convenience stores, banks, post offices, etc. within 5 minutes on foot.
A women’s only, fully furnished house consisting of three Western-style private rooms!
The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and other common spaces are also fully equipped.
